Certificates

All BA students are eligible to pursue a certificate. To view a list of available certificates, visit the Certificates and Diplomas section of the current Undergraduate Calendar.

Certificates are awarded once all required courses have been completed. You do not declare your intent to complete a Certificate in advance as you do for a Major or Minor.

Some certificates require 120 hours of approved hours prior to the completion of capstone courses.

1. As certificates are awarded by the School of Continuing Studies, they do not appear on your undergraduate transcript or Diploma.
2. There is no average requirement for certificates.
3. You may apply for your certificate once you have completed the requirments.
