Happy Holidays from the BA Advising Office!

We hope you have a restful and enjoyable holiday break.

Please note that our office will be closed from December 22 to January 2, 2026.

Beginning January 5, we will offer a limited number of same-day and quick drop-in appointments. These appointments will be reserved for urgent issues and for students needing assistance with Winter 2026 (W26) courses.

To access a drop-in appointment, students are asked to stop by the office in person to book a time.

Drop-in availability:

Afternoons: January 6 and January 8 (booking begins at 1:30 PM)
Mornings: January 7 and January 9 (booking begins at 9:30 AM)

Important Updates

Fall 2025 Final Exams are scheduled to take place Monday, December 1 to Friday December 12, 2025. Students who are ill or have other valid reasons for missing a Final Exam or the Final Component of a course (for example, a take-home final or final paper) should follow the instructions to apply for a deferred privilege.
Remember to select your Winter 2026 courses. Winter course selection is open until January 9th, 2026.
