Welcome to the Bachelor of Arts Academic Advising Office.   We are available to all students enrolled in the Bachelor of Arts Degree program at the University of Guelph. Our staff is here to help guide and assist students with course planning, course selection, interpreting university academic policies and procedures, and facilitating connections with important resources on campus.

Important Updates:

  • Winter 2026 Final Exams will take place Thursday, April 9 – Tuesday, April 21, 2026.  Students who have valid medical, psychological, or compassionate circumstances should follow these instructions to request a deferral.

  • Summer 2026 Course Selection began on March 3, 2026 and will continue until May 11, 2026, for 6-week courses and May 15, 2026, for 12-week courses. For assistance with course selection, please visit our S26 course selection page.
  • On Monday, April 6, classes conclude. It is also the last day to drop W26 one-semester and F25/W26 two-semester courses.
